Placing an order..
To place an order, please head to the online shop and there you will find the different flavours of chocolate available for sale from us. Click on the product you would like to purchase, and this appears in your shopping cart, along with any extra items you would like to add. When you have finished, please check your order, add a message in the Special Instructions box if required, and proceed to the checkout. You can either pay via Paypal, or you can enter your debit/credit card details to make the payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. Please enter all the information requested, including your telephone number,
which is only needed in case we need to contact you about your order.
Once you have confirmed all the necessary details, you can place your order.
You will then receive an email to confirm the order has been received, and processed.
Please note that we are only able to process an order once we have received payment.
All the bean to bar chocolate products made by Salcombe Dairy are free from gluten, free from soya and free from palm oil. No nuts or eggs are used for any products made by Salcombe Dairy. The ingredients are listed for each flavour on sale in our shop.

How to pay for your order..
We accept payment via Paypal, or visa/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Should you wish to pay by phone, please call 01732 851523.
Calls from UK landlines and mobiles are charged at basic rate.
Where do we post to?
We only post to UK postcodes. (If you would like to send a parcel overseas, please contact us on 01732 851523).
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hr post and usually shipped the next working day after
your order has been successfully processed and payment received.
Currently, your order should arrive in 2 business days, however, there are circumstances outside our control and as such, we cannot guarantee delivery times and grateful for your patience and understanding. If you are keen to receive your order by a certain date, please ensure you place it with us well in advance.
We will send a confirmation email when your order has been posted to notify you that the order is on its way.
Buying from us..
As the sister office to Salcombe Dairy in Devon, we are also committed to ensuring your order is delivered in perfect condition. Every order we send is packed with the utmost care, we protect the chocolate before carefully packing the order in a cardboard box. Should the need arise, for example, if we are out of stock of the Gift Boxes here, the order will be dispatched directly from Salcombe Dairy in Devon.
(Please note we will only pass your delivery address to their despatch office in order that they are able to post it directly to you). If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 2 hours of placing the order. We ship your order as soon as we can and we therefore cannot guarantee that any changes can be made.

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your order, for example, if they are delivering a parcel and no-one is at home, they will leave a card notifying them to contact Royal Mail to arrange either for it to be re-delivered, or you can collect from the local depot by taking the card with you so they can find the parcel.
You can go online to arrange re-delivery using the tracking number relating to your order.

However, if your parcel is damaged or substandard, please

We advise you to read our terms and conditions before purchasing or visiting our site.
Any products listed and ordered via our website at NV Foods must be paid for before we are able to process the order for posting via tracked Royal Mail to UK postcodes. Please only continue to place an order with us, if you are happy to accept our terms. You may cancel your order within one hour of placing the order, as after this time, the order is being sorted for despatch and we are therefore unable to cancel it. Please ensure you have provided us with your email address so when the order is received and payment is made. If we have not been given the correct information, including your contact details, (email, phone number) we are unable to accept liability if a product is delayed as a result. We do our best to ensure the availability of all products listed on our website, and that the description of the products available is entirely accurate and we reserve the right to alter inaccuracies on the website, update information or cancel orders without prior notice, including after you have placed your order.
If the products you have ordered are not available, we will get in contact with you, either by telephone or by email if these details have been supplied to us at the time of placing the order. You can then either wait until the product is back in stock, or you can cancel the order and we will refund your payment. We use Royal Mail shipping for orders placed with us (our delivery charges are stated at the checkout area on the website) and we despatch the order to the delivery address specified. Please check the delivery address has been entered correctly. We are not liable for products delivered to a wrong address supplied to us as the delivery address on the order.
Risk of damage to, or deterioration or loss of the products passes on to the customer once the Royal Mail
delivery has been made. For all orders above 2kg (gross weight) extra shipping costs may be incurred, and we will contact you directly to advise. We reserve the right to alter the information on this site at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to visit the site to monitor any changes that we might make, be it flavours that are available, or pricing, or discontinuing our service, these can be changed without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We have created our website hosted by GoDaddy, displaying the goods for sale as clearly as we can. We are not responsible for how your own computer/phone displays the image colour.
We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions as and when necessary.
